Delivery arrangements are coordinated directly between customers and the EBN Trading sales team.
Estimated delivery times depend on:
- Product availability
- Delivery destination
- Courier schedules
- Public holidays
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the agreed delivery address.
Customers are encouraged to inspect deliveries immediately and report any issues without delay.
